Like every year, the management of this pharmaceutical association wanted to hold its annual general meeting at an iconic venue in Paris. This year, we’re plunging into the captivating world of the fairground arts. The morning will be built around a breakfast followed by a carefully orchestrated plenary session at the wonderful Musée des Arts Forains de Paris, a fantastic setting for more serious discussions. Let’s continue this immersive experience with a fresh lunch in the colours of the fairground arts, punctuated by sessions of traditional wooden games.

At the end of the day, let’s dive into a cocktail rich in sharing, entertainment and fairground shows, creating the perfect alchemy to strengthen ties and encourage exchanges between members of the pharmaceutical industry.

Organisation of a party for this production to mark the release of a new album. The objective? Organise an evening showcasing the artist, inviting a few lucky fans and other hand-picked guests to promote the album and celebrate its launch. A shared experience, festive and full of surprises. A unique, magical and memorable moment. An evening designed to offer an exceptional moment, just like the artist’s arrival in a Riva on the Seine. Afterwards, guests were treated to a DJ set, gourmet chef’s dishes including a giant St Honoré by Cedric Grolet, guest appearances by some exceptional performers and a stage set in the colours of the album. An exceptional opportunity to celebrate the release of a legendary album in an exclusive setting.

INTRODUCE

Launch of new packaging and products | 120 pax.
A two-day meeting for a major cosmetics brand at the Bateaux-Mouches, an immersive venue with an exceptional view of the Eiffel Tower from the Seine. On the programme: warm meetings to thank and congratulate on the year’s figures, followed by informative meetings on the new products to come. Guests enjoyed a make-up area to familiarise themselves with the new products, followed by a festive celebration with a colourful cocktail as they strolled along the Seine and admired Paris. Participants were also surprised by unexpected elements such as the presence of well-known make-up artists, a photobooth and a tailor-made scenography, as well as gifts, goodies and accessories to immortalise this unique moment.

Guests had the privilege of previewing the products using guides designed to inform them in an entertaining way. During these extraordinary days, the brand shared its joy of reuniting with its community, creating an event with significant impact.

For this international marketing company, it’s time for some key meetings. The day began with a scripted plenary session and a breakfast in the brand’s colours at the classic Hyatt Paris Étoile. This was followed by a festive lunch on a terrace with a breathtaking view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower, accompanied by a live band. In the afternoon, dynamic workshops in small groups were held to provide information on new techniques and to enable participants to meet each other. Guests included a number of leading French ready-to-wear and leather goods brands, as well as major international btoc brands.

ENTERTAINMENT

Dive into the heart of Paris and the prestigious 8th arrondissement. The enchanting Mademoiselle Mouche venue is not just a rooftop, but an experience where every moment goes beyond mere conversation. An immersive, intimate and luxurious French cabaret evening in the very heart of Paris, with a view of the glittering Eiffel Tower. This captivating formula still resonates today. To inaugurate this magical evening, participants enjoyed a cocktail with typically French flavours; cheese bar, toast and amuse-bouches. To accompany the made-to-measure cocktail bar, guests were treated to St Jacques and foie gras.

During the event, a tattoo and piercing bar, a make-up area featuring a leading brand, a clairvoyant and an immersive photocall enchanted participants. The clairvoyant made a grand entrance, delighting our fans of the esoteric. These activities entertained and left a lasting impression on our guests. On the musical side, a DJ set took dance fans on a 5-hour show, adapting brilliantly to the different moods of the evening. A memorable and chic moment, just like the client!
